If you are not satisfied with your order, we will exchange or refund your order, provided that the items are not embroidered, washed or worn. Remember to try on your garment before washing or flipping it . For this, you just need to bring your invoice and contact within 30 days our service by email or phone (04 92 47 75 54) which will tell you the procedure to follow and the amount of shipping. If this is an error on our part, shipping costs will be at our expense.

Delivery of my order

Two delivery methods are available to you.

• If you wish to be delivered directly to your home, the delivery costs are those mentioned at the time of payment of your order. With exceptions, these are 10€.

• You can also choose to be delivered to the relay point of your choice for an amount of 12 €. For these two delivery methods, the deadlines are the same.

• adhera shoes offers delivery costs for all orders sent to France for an amount greater than 200€.

• Once your order has been taken care of by our carriers, you will receive an email and a shipping confirmation text message.

• You can also consult your follow-up directly via your adherashoes account.

To do this, log into your account (at the top right of your screen), then click on “My orders”. Then simply select the command of your choice.

The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days on products in stock.

If you wish to add new products, you will then have to place a new order.

My Returns and Refunds

In order to make a return, several options are available to you:

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of the package to return your products. The items you wish to return must be in their original packaging with their labels. Only new, unworn and undamaged products will be refunded to you via the payment method chosen for the order.

Our refund times are between 10 days and 2 weeks after processing your refund request. These times may vary depending on the routing of your package, the time of receipt, the verification of the condition of the products at our warehouse as well as the bank processing of the refund.

If the amount of one or more items that you have returned to us has not been credited to your bank account, please contact our accounts department on the email address: [email protected].
