More than 20 years ago Céline and Thierry Bouville created the company Clément Design whose core business is to meet the clothing needs of kitchen professionals.
By creating both technical and stylish clothing, the company provides the answers that culinary professionals expect: comfort, quality, safety and elegance.

In collaboration with a major Korean laboratory, after several years of research and major investments, ADHERA successfully developed footwear that achieves the highest coefficient ever reached in the Lyon CTC grip test.
